How it works depends on your values and goals.

It’s my belief that proper communication is an essential part of any good service.

That is why the mentorship I can provide is based on the needs of you and your business.

The mentorship is build on four phases

Here’s the framework I work with:


The needs assessment

When reaching out by booking your free assessment by booking a consultation, we will explore how I can assist you by getting to know each other, what your goals are, your current situation and which kinds of fears you struggle with.

It’s here we estimate whether or not if we’re a good fit.

No size fits all - and I believe you’ll get most out of this experience, if we are a good fit.

Solution and offer

After the assessment I’ll make a plan / scope and present it to you, so you’ll know what we will be looking into and how we start.

You will receive an offer you’ll need to consider and accept before the service can start properly.

You’ll be given 7 days to accept, and as soon as you’ve accepted the offer, you’ll be able to book your upcoming consultations that works with your schedule. If the available times doesn’t fit your schedule, we’ll look into it together to make it work.

You can either book in advance for the whole subscription period one month at a time or book one consultation at a time.

If a subscription model isn’t ideal for you, you’ll be able to get assistance at an hourly rate instead.


Consultations and execution

With the needs assessment in mind - we look into how we can create a framework that works for you and challenges you at the same time to promote a steeper leaning curve with each consultation.

Every tool provided you’ll be able to reuse in different aspects of your journey - even after your time here is done.

I highly recommend you use the tools between each consultation in order to access more value and insight as time progresses.

Agile iterations

Through your time here - you’ll be able to do iterations, if your needs end up changing along the way. This can happen for various reasons, and I hope this happens due to the changes you’ll experience with the tools provided.

After each iteration, you’ll be shown how you can use the tools and what you need in order to reach the coals we’re focused on achieving.
