Terms for business development, compliance, custom systems, consultations and digital products
General information & scope
LUX Artscio, registered as CVR DK 3988 2620, offers business development and compliance services to tattoo studios, tattoo studios and companies within the tattoo industry.
B2C tools and services may also be provided on request - which is applied for tattoo apprentices.
Services include areas as concept development, sustainable business strategies, financial adjustments, workflow optimisation, self-leadership, preparation for guest appearances under EU and Danish regulations, and tattoo services under LUX.A. Ink

Rights & licenses
All rights to workshops, courses, tools and digital products belongs to LUX Artscio unless stated otherwise.
Purchase grants a license to use the product as described for that specific product.
Personal use: Digital products may not be sold, forwarded, lent, given away or otherwise distributed privately or commercially. This applies to online products, downloads, live classes, workshops and courses.
Important service features
Consultations & delivery
Services are delivered through online platforms and consultations. Online consultations are generally held through Google Meet or other agreed service, with Notion used for the main digital services.
Duration varies according to client needs. Consultations may be hourly or subscription-based.
Email support is available between 9:00 and 21:00 CEST; consultation availability may differ.
Custom system
Custom systems are delivered as one-time projects.
Improvements and additional features may be purchased separately after the three-month post-delivery period, or the period stated in the offer letter.
The booking and ink-registration system has an opening fee and is currently not offered as a monthly subscription. A suitable Notion subscription may be required depending on complexity.
SDS Portal & Third-party platforms
The safety data sheet portal is available only by monthly subscription.
Opening fees are non-refundable, and systems may not be replicated or resold without acceptance from LUX Artscio.
LUX Artscio does not control errors or shortcomings in Notion, but may help relay errors, communicate with Notion and, where applicable, repair database damage.
Pricing & payment terms
Prices are non-negotiable and for projects the prices are stated in the offer letter.
Consulting prices are set individually from the specific requirements of the project.
Since projects vary in size, the pricing will vary compared to the size of the project, time frame, features and more. This will be clearly stated in the offer letter.
The offer must be accepted in writing before it is binding.
Projects will not be started before the offer letter has been accepted.
The price for custom systems, stated in the offer letter, is split in portions and needs to be paid as the project is executed.
Commercial purchases are accepted by card or bank transfer.
Warrenty & professional context
LUX Artscio does not guarantee outcomes.
Clients are responsible for using the services as intended.
Proper use can improve the aspects the client wishes to work with such as preparation for government controls and reduce stress in the business environment.
LUX Artscio may reject work that conflicts with its ethical guidelines.
Benefits may be available to tattoo studios with a valid Dansk Tatovør Laug membership.
DTL has no agreement with LUX Artscio and cannot be held responsible for such offers.
The clients responsibility
Attend scheduled consultations and reply to requests within the stated time frame.
Repeated missed meetings or ignored requests may cause additional hourly charges or suspension without refund for said services. This is to ensure efficiency and quality of the project within the agreed time frame.
Use tools and advice as directed, and comply with the laws of the client's country.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the system, managing user access, and using the system according to the provided instructions. The system supports documentation and administration; it does not replace the client's responsibility to comply with applicable laws.
LUX Artscio is not liable for third-party advice, prior events, inaccurate registrations, misuse, or changes made after the system or other implementations has been granted.
For consulting and systems
The client is responsible for the following:
Provide accurate, complete information needed for the project.
Attending agreed consultations and responding within the stated deadlines.
Reviewing and confirming project decisions, requirements, and requested changes.
Using delivered tools and systems according to the provided instructions.
Keeping records accurate and managing access to their workspace and client information.
Complying with the laws applicable to their business. Tools and guidance do not replace that responsibility.
Informing LUX Artscio promptly about errors or issue affecting the agreed work.
Legal complications
Complications are settled under the accepted terms and offer letter, which states price, refund policy and performance details.
Litigation is resolved through the relevant legal system.
LUX Artscios responsibility and reliability
LUX Artscio is responsible for delivering the system and services described in the accepted offer. Any included support period and its scope are specified in that offer.
LUX Artscio is not responsible for problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete client information, misuse, or changes made by the client or third parties, except where LUX Artscio has contributed to the problem.
Third-party platforms, including Notion, operate under their own terms. LUX Artscio does not control their availability, updates, or platform faults. Any assistance with these issues is provided within the agreed support scope or by separate agreement.
These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination or cancellation
Clients may cancel at any time, but advance payments are not refunded.
If LUX Artscio cancels the service, the advance payments is refunded in full.
Where an agreement or intention is unclear, LUX Artscio will request confirmation.
If no reply is received in a reasonable stated timeframe, the service may be paused for efficiency; this is not nexessarily termination.
LUX.A. Ink
Terms for digital consultation, appointment fees, tattoo sessions, cancellations, complications and concent.

Fee structure
2026 full day
Your appointment is booked and design work begins only after the fee is paid. The fee is deducted from the total tattoo price.
As a tattoo client - you have rights to get revision sessions depending on the size of the tattoo.
It is only possible to see the design before the session via revision sessions.
The amount of revisions will be stated in the correspondence or via. the consultation.
LUX.A. Ink is not a walk-in service.
Consultation, communication and booking take place digitally; tattooing is carried out at I-Ink's Studio in Hedehusene.
All prices are in DKK and include VAT. Confirmed bookings are not affected by price changes unless the design changes. Accepted methods include VISA/Dankort, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and bank transfer.
It is NOT possible to finance a tattoo at LUX.A. Ink.
When can a tattoo price change?
500 DKK for most small and medium tattoos; 1.000 DKK for larger, full-day or longer sessions.
250 DKK is non-refundable administration fee. The remaining prepayment may be refundable under the conditions below
Indicatively 5.000 DKK for primarily black tattoos and 6.000 DKK for coloured tattoos.
A full day is approximately 5-7 hours.
NOTE: The client will receive a warning of a possible tattoo price change before it's applied.
New elements, details or size changes are introduced.
Placement moves to another area of the body.
More two design revisions are requested. Three for larger scaled projects.
Cancellation & rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule as soon as possible and at least 72 hours before the session.
Repeated cancellations without a plausible reason - more than twice - may result in loss of prepayment and refusal of future bookings.
Late cancellation, non-attendance / no-shows or design changes less than 72 hours before the session will result in the loss of the prepayment and possibly future bookings.
If LUX.A. Ink cancels, the client may reschedule or receive the prepayment back.
Zero tolerance: Arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs causes immediate cancellation, loss of prepayment and a charge equal to 30% of the tattoo price, excluding the administration and prepayment fees. Repeated occurrences will lead to a permanent ban.
Illustrative charge example of arriving intoxicated or on drugs:
Tattoo price: 4.000 DKK.
Prepayment: 500 DKK
Thirty percent: 1.200 DKK
Total potential loss: 1.700 DKK.
This policy protects health, safety, preparation time and the quality of the tattoo. Drugs and alcohol can worsen the experience and increase the risk of complications.
Complications with a tattoo
If you are uncertain about a complication, contact your tattoo artist before taking action.
If you have signs of infection, contact a doctor first.
LUX.A. Ink is available to contact about such matter, if you're not able to contact your tattoo artist for any reason. Send a clear photo and describe the concern to LUX.A. Ink's email or DM's on Instagram, Facebook or Tiktok.
Tattoo artists in Denmark must retain ink information for at least three years; LUX.A. Ink retains it for up to five years.
If ink may be the source of a complication, request the safety data sheet from the tattoo artist and bring it to the doctor to support more precise treatment.
Consent declaration
& data
A consent declaration must be signed before the session.
It explains the client's rights, the information the tattoo artist needs and how responsibility is shared.
Information about the ink used for the session is stores by LUX.A. Ink for up to five years from the tattoo date.
